Pebble is a neutral eyeshadow that works on EVERY eye color and shape. It defines and highlights the eyes. Apply on the lid by itself or can be used as a contour color. I describe it as not quite brown and not quite grey. It’s kind of a darker taupe. ~ Jill xo
